Reserved credits
A request reserves the displayed credits for the selected generation plan. Confirmed technical failure or a rejected, cancelled or expired configured review restores them once. Polling errors, timeouts and uncertain submissions do not establish failure; the original request must be reconciled before another generation. Artistic differences alone do not promise a free remake or cash refund.
Cash refunds and support
Contact support with the purchase reference for unused purchases, service failures or mandatory consumer rights. Credit restoration does not issue a cash refund. A verified complete refund removes the corresponding pack credits once, which may leave a negative balance if spent. Partial or unclear events require review. Applicable mandatory rights take precedence.
